24 馬頭紅蘿蔔粥

~ Ingredient~材料 :

馬頭魚,紅蘿蔔,米,薑絲


~ How To Make ~做法 :

1. 把米加水和紅蘿蔔煮成粥,備用。
2.馬頭魚上放薑絲,放到鍋中蒸熟。
3.取出馬頭魚,以湯匙起肉,放到粥中拌勻即可上碟。
